10 p.m. update from the SEC Tourney
Well it's 10 p.m. CT and we just started the second half of the UGA-Arkansas game ... I have been sitting on the first row of press row down by the UGA Band (pretty funny group with some corny cheers) ... The games and operations have run smoothly and on time for the most part. It will still be early Friday morning before we will probably leave the GEC ... One thing in media relations and working at tournaments is the amount of paper that is used. I can only imagine how many boxes of paper we have gone through today. We run everything from startinf line ups, box scores at halftime and postgame, updated scores from across the nation, postgame notes and quotes ... Quotes are done by a company called ASAP ... They are very similar to court reporters.

Tony,
Hang in there as I see Day One is nearing a close. Be sure to say hello to Mitch Barnhart and Mike Hamilton tomorrow (and don't forget the posters). Get some sleep. Any plans for the time between sessions tomorrow? FanFest? Keep the pictures coming. - Dr. Zullo
Tony,
You have some competition on www.cnnsi.com from a guy doing the Big East tournament at Madison Square Garden. Tell Charles Bloom you want to do this on behalf of the SEC for JP and CBS for a small fee. - Dr. Zullo
Which game (in Nashville or elsewhere) has the media talking the most (Syracuse, Temple, other) thusfar? What's the anticipated game for Friday?
Who's the most popular media member? Where's the picture of you and Ashley Judd?
my suggestion is that we so need a recycling bin for the tournaments because we used so much paper at the girl's tournament that it made me feel weird to throw all of it away. maybe yall still have time to suggest it.

can't we just email it to those present or post it online in PDF as most media folks have their laptops these days. stop killing the trees!
